There are so many trainers who recommend that biceps and triceps are small muscle group then don’t train these both muscles together or separately. They says train this muscles with any big muscles (like biceps with back and triceps with chest) but today I burst your this myth. This is the very famous workout style which is found by the Arnold Schwarzenegger. In this workout you have to make two exercise as one set. For example, first you did tricep pushdown and just immediately without taking rest you done dumbbell curls and it will consider as one superset.
